Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines explain the standards of behaviour we expect from everyone on SoffHub — members, producers, and visitors alike. They supplement our Terms of Service and apply to all content, communications, and interactions on the platform.

Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination of access.

1. Respect and Integrity

All users must treat others with respect. This means:

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech of any kind
• No personal attacks — disagree about markets, not people
• No discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any protected characteristic
• No doxxing or sharing another person's private information without consent

2. Honest Content

• Producers must not guarantee profits or promise specific financial returns.
• Performance results must be genuine — manipulated screenshots or cherry-picked statistics are strictly prohibited.
• Do not misrepresent credentials, track records, or experience.
• Fake identities or impersonation of other producers or figures will result in immediate suspension.

4. Notification and Alert Standards

• Alerts and notifications must be relevant, accurate, and sent with appropriate frequency.
• Do not flood channels with excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant messages.
• Webhook and bot integrations must be used only for legitimate alert purposes as permitted by the Service.

5. Platform Security

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or systems.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service beyond normal use.
• Do not interfere with the platform's infrastructure or attempt to disrupt service availability.
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to security@soffhub.com before disclosing them publicly.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When using integrations with Telegram, Discord, TradingView, or other connected platforms, you remain bound by these guidelines as well as the terms of those third-party services. SoffHub is not responsible for content shared on external platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

Only share content you have the right to distribute. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or claim ownership of another producer's signals, strategies, or published material without explicit permission.

8. Enforcement

SoffHub reserves the right to take the following actions for violations:

• Remove or hide content
• Issue warnings to the account
• Temporarily suspend access
• Permanently terminate the account
• Report activity to relevant legal authorities where required

Enforcement decisions are made at SoffHub's sole discretion. Users may appeal by contacting legal@soffhub.com.
