Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Signal Alarm Operations (“Signal Alarm,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of the Signal Alarm mobile and web applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
1.1 What Signal Alarm is
Signal Alarm is a communication and alert-distribution platform for trading communities. The Service allows producers to publish signals and updates and allows members to browse, follow, and receive alerts. The Service may support integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. Telegram, Discord, webhooks) and may display producer public profiles and linked external websites.
1.2 What Signal Alarm is not
Signal Alarm is not:
- A broker-dealer, exchange, or trading venue
- An investment adviser or financial planner
- A provider of investment, financial, legal, or tax advice
- A guarantor of trading results or producer performance
1.3 Free app; no in-app purchases
The Signal Alarm application is free to download and use. The current version of the client does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, checkout, or digital goods sold through the app.
1.4 Payments outside the Service
Producers may offer paid communities, courses, or services on their own websites or channels. Those transactions are between you and the producer.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2.2 Registration: You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
2.3 Verification: We may require email verification before full access.
3. User Conduct
You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines. You will not violate laws, misrepresent identity, or abuse integrations or notifications.
