Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoffHub mobile application, web application, and related services (the "Service"), provided by SoffHub ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

SoffHub is a communication and alert distribution platform designed to support trading communities. The Service enables users to publish, follow, and receive informational alerts and updates.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Telegram, Discord, TradingView, and other messaging or automation services.

2. Important Notice — No Financial Services

SoffHub does NOT provide:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Trading advice
• Brokerage services
• Trade execution services
• Portfolio management

All content provided through the Service is strictly for informational and communication purposes only. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not misrepresent your identity.

5. Producers and User Content

The Service allows independent users ("Producers") to publish alerts and content. You acknowledge that:

• Producers are independent third parties
• SoffHub does not verify or guarantee any content
• SoffHub does not endorse any trading strategy or signal
• All content is provided "as is" by its creator

6. Notifications and Alerts

The Service may send notifications via:

• Mobile push notifications
• Telegram
• Discord
• Other integrated services

You acknowledge that:

• Notifications may be delayed, duplicated, or not delivered
• Delivery depends on third-party services, device settings, and internet connectivity
• SoffHub does not guarantee real-time delivery or reliability of alerts

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent signals, performance, or identity
• Spam or abuse notification systems
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms (e.g. Telegram, Discord, TradingView). We are not responsible for:

• Availability or performance of third-party services
• Data loss or delays caused by third parties
• Changes in third-party APIs or policies

9. Free Features, Paid Plans, and Trials

Some SoffHub features are available without charge. Other features, including certain TradingView alert services, require a paid plan or other eligible access. SoffHub is therefore not an entirely free service.

Available plans, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. We may change future offerings or prices, but a change will not alter a completed fixed-term purchase. Promotional, trial, or collaboration access may be subject to additional eligibility requirements and may expire as disclosed when it is granted.

10. Payment and Billing Policy

Paid access may be purchased through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play. The payment provider presented at checkout processes your payment and may apply its own terms, privacy policy, taxes, currency conversion, and payment-method rules.

• Web purchases: Stripe web plans are one-time purchases for the fixed access period displayed at checkout, unless checkout expressly states otherwise. They do not automatically renew.
• Mobile subscriptions: Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions may renew automatically for the billing period shown at purchase until canceled through the applicable store account settings.
• Lifetime access: A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that provides access for the supported lifetime of the applicable SoffHub service. It does not guarantee that every feature, integration, or third-party service will remain available forever.
• Access activation: Paid access begins after SoffHub receives and verifies successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Prices and taxes: You authorize the displayed charge, including any applicable taxes or fees presented by the payment provider, before completing the purchase.

If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back, refunded, or cannot be verified, we may withhold, suspend, or remove the access associated with that payment.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but generally does not refund charges already paid. Unless required by applicable law or the payment provider's rules, completed purchases are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

• Stripe purchases: Submit a refund request through the SoffHub Support Center. We review requests individually. Approval is not guaranteed. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the financial institution.
• Apple purchases:Manage cancellations and refund requests through Apple using the Apple ID used for the purchase and subject to Apple's policies.
• Google Play purchases:Manage cancellations and refund requests through Google Play using the Google account used for the purchase and subject to Google Play's policies.

If a refund is issued, access associated with the refunded purchase may end immediately. Removing the app does not by itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

12. Creator Collaboration Program

SoffHub may offer promotional access to eligible users who create and publish original educational content about SoffHub. Participating does not guarantee approval or a particular reward. The requirements and reward levels displayed in the Creator Program at the time of submission apply to that submission.

• Submitted content must be original, accurate, lawful, and publicly accessible through the links provided.
• Participants must make any required SoffHub mention and must not imply employment, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond the program terms.
• Reported views and engagement must be authentic. Purchased, automated, manipulated, or misleading engagement is prohibited.
• Posts must remain publicly available during the rewarded access period unless SoffHub approves otherwise.
• SoffHub may verify links and view counts, reject a submission, correct a reward, or revoke promotional access for unavailable content, false information, manipulation, or program abuse.
• Participants retain ownership of their content but grant SoffHub permission to review, reference, link to, and share an approved submission for program administration and promotion, with attribution where reasonably practicable.

Promotional access has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not refundable. It does not reduce or refund an unrelated Apple, Google, or Stripe purchase.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of content
• Reliability of alerts or notifications
• Continuous or uninterrupted operation
• Fitness for any particular purpose

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoffHub is not liable for:

• Financial or trading losses
• Missed trading opportunities
• Delayed or failed notifications
• Errors in user or Producer content
• Service interruptions or third-party failures

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational/security reasons.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SoffHub operates.
