Producer Agreement

This Producer Agreement (“Agreement”) applies when you use Signal Alarm as a Producer. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Producer Status

You act as an independent third party. You are not our employee, agent, or joint venturer. You may not imply that Signal Alarm endorses your performance or services.

2. Conduct and content

• You are solely responsible for content distributed via Telegram, Discord, or Webhooks.
• You must not guarantee profits or use manipulated performance results.
• Signal posts may be immutable after publication to ensure integrity.

3. External Websites and Payments

If you link to a custom website, you are solely responsible for its content and legal compliance. Any payments for your communities happen outside the Signal Alarm application.

4. Indemnification

Producers agree to defend and hold harmless Signal Alarm from any claims arising from your signals, websites, or interactions with members.
