Producer Agreement

This Producer Agreement ("Agreement") applies when you use SoffHub as a Producer — that is, any user who publishes alerts, signals, or content through the Service. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

By activating producer features or publishing any content, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Producer Status

You act as an independent third party. You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or joint venturer of SoffHub. You may not imply that SoffHub endorses, verifies, or guarantees your performance, signals, or services.

2. Content Standards

As a Producer, you agree to:

• Take sole responsibility for all content you publish, including signals, messages, and media distributed via Telegram, Discord, webhooks, or in-app.
• Never guarantee profits or promise specific financial returns to followers.
• Present performance results honestly — manipulated screenshots, cherry-picked data, or fabricated win rates are strictly prohibited.
• Clearly state that all content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
• Comply with SoffHub's Community Guidelines at all times.

3. Signal Integrity

Signal posts may be immutable after publication to protect the integrity of the historical record and prevent retroactive alteration of signals. Producers should verify content before publishing.

4. Integrations and Channels

• You are responsible for correctly configuring and maintaining your Telegram, Discord, or other connected channel integrations.
• You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to SoffHub.
• SoffHub is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or outages on third-party platforms.

5. Payments, Platform Fees, and External Services

Where SoffHub offers producer subscriptions, paid services, wallets, or payouts, payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. The price, platform fee or commission, expected producer earnings, payout availability, and applicable transaction terms will be displayed through the relevant feature or a separate agreement.

Payments may be delayed, withheld, reversed, or deducted where reasonably necessary for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, legal compliance, negative balances, or violations of this Agreement. Producers are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for their own taxes unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you link to an external website, community, product, or payment service that SoffHub does not process, you are solely responsible for that site's content, legality, customer terms, payments, refunds, taxes, and compliance. SoffHub is not a party to those external transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the signals and content you create. By publishing on SoffHub, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content through the Service to your followers. You confirm you have all necessary rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. No Financial Services

Nothing you publish through SoffHub constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, or brokerage services. If you are required by law to hold a licence to provide financial advice in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining that licence before publishing content.

8. Suspension and Termination

SoffHub may suspend or permanently terminate producer access at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service
• Violation of Community Guidelines
• Content that SoffHub determines is harmful, deceptive, or illegal
• Operational or security reasons

9. Indemnification

Producers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoffHub, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your signals, published content, external websites, payment activities, or interactions with followers.
