4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate operational, security, legal, and compliance purposes. Different records have different retention periods. For example, transient alert content may be retained briefly, while payment, refund, tax, fraud, audit, and dispute records may be retained longer as required by law or standard business-record obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or an appeal of a privacy decision. You may also manage notification permissions through your device and cancel store subscriptions through Apple or Google.

To submit a privacy request, contact privacy@soffhub.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits.
